Nowadays there is a lot unemploy graduate, why this matters happen? are government are not providing more jobs for these unemploy graduate or the graduate is choosy about the job but that we do not know for sure. Recently the Government had supply more jobs and training and so forth as we always look into the papers. There is a lot of job opportunities provide by the private sector but this unemploy graduate is not brave enough to take the challenge and they just waiting for an easy work and absolutely in their mind is to work with the government. As an opinion from me, I think that the graduate did not know how to find and seek a jobs, they use to look into the papers such as daily exprees and sabah Times only and that is not enough for them.
A lesson from my experiance, I have work in a government sector for three years, bank institution for two half years and right now I'm working at a private sector whereby we focus on how to develop career and education enhancement to the public. I think that I'm really choosy person whereby I look for a better payment and job and I forget that if you stay longer in a company or government sector you will be appreciated someday. Now I'm happy working with Education Industry and it gave me good payment for my work but I still thinking to change my work and profession again and I think that working with the government is the last stop for me whereby I am thinking to apply for PTD - Diplomatic and Admin Officer so that I can help more people or even to make my country proude and that is my goals in the future.
A word to you guys out there, please don't be to choosy about your jobs just take it, gain more experiance, enhance your knowledge, enhamce your skill, enhance your education and your really can find job easier than ever. Based on experiance you get it will be become your advantage compare with other people, always make your mind keep running and don't stop untill you successed. Eletronic Media and application is the best choice to find Job in Malaysia, you browers into the net and click which ever job that you like, if you are like to become an expatriate goes on it your choice to be made.
