Restaurant Fortune Tamparuli - Doubles Novices Darts Tournament
Restaurant Fortune Tamparuli will be organizing Tamparuli Double Novices Dart Tournament 2010 which will be held on December 11 and 12, this year. Restaurant Fortune Tamparuli is located behind BSN- Bank Simpanan Nasional Tamparuli, and it will open this tournament to all darters in the state of Sabah. The main organizer, Johnson Antamat said the event is being held to promote the sport to the public particularly to the Tamparuli Communities.
The objective is to promote this sport to attract more players and we hope the response from this event would be no less encouraging than the other previous tournaments. The tournament kicks-off at 4pm on Saturday and at 2pm on Sunday and will be conducted in round robin format. The main organizer is aiming to have 32 participants team and will divided into group and will play in a round robin format on Saturday before the knock out stage and final on Sunday.
The Champion will receive RM1000 cash, runner up RM500 and RM200 each for joint 3rd/4th Place. Those who finish 5th to 8th will get RM80, while all winners will each receive a trophy. There will be lucky draw for the first 32 team. The lucky draw is one of the way of adding value to the tournament as a way of saying thank you those who register early.
