In the new era of modern society and civilization, people may come with vary different of idea and philosophy. The concept of 1Malaysia introduce by the government of Malaysia is really meaningful for the citizen of Malaysia. Peoples nowadays tends to argue something that is not irrelevant and to tackle this we as young generation of Malaysian should joining hand together to make the concept of 1Malaysia to become achievable. For the Sabahan I really want to congratulate them because of their adaptation of this new idea. People of Sabah is a learning boys and girls that receive so many changes and idea and the true we are in the process of learning. Provide us more knowledge and guide and we shall become the number one in the future.  To become an idealistic and philosophy citizen we need to throw away all the bad idea pouring in. Kota Kinabalu: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman said the 1Malaysia concept has been so successful that it has inevitably created a new pattern in community living among the people, including in Sabah.

It has also strengthened the spirit of unity and diversity shared by all ethnic groups in Sabah all these while, he said.

In this respect, he expressed hope that the people in Sabah would continue to give their undivided support to the implementation of the concept so as to ensure continuity of the present development.

The 1Malaysia concept mooted by the PM he said is very close to the hearts of people in Sabah. "In fact, such concept has long been practiced by the people here," he said.

The various ethnic groups and with their different cultural backgrounds makes Sabah very unique and interesting. Thus, the people must defend this diversity because it is the symbol of unity and strength of the 1Malaysia race.

He also urged the people to extend the spirit of brotherhood and unity that binds them so firmly from one generation to the next generation.

"We also must be wise to pool our energy to develop our beloved state.

This is because it is the basis to ensure our State and country be on a stable platform as it moves on to become a high-income nation by 2020," he said.

As an elected government, he said, is always listen to the people's grievances and also always strived to find the best possible methods to ensure all sides are taken care of in line with the objective of the 1Malaysia concept - People First, Performance Now.

He was confident that the majority of the people in Sabah would not support the planned illegal assembly on June 9.

"The people are already comfortable with the existing harmonious and peaceful environment," he said at the 1Malaysia dinner held in conjunction with Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's visit to Sabah at the Padang Bandaran, Wednesday night.

He said the presence of Najib and wife, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansur proved the latter's commitment to be with the people.

Thus, the people must reject any actions from irresponsible groups that are only interested in creating public disorder and disharmony.

"Such immoral activities would only affect the image of the country including causing difficulty to the people and adversely affect business activities," he said. He said the people should not join as well as be unduly influenced with the organizers of the illegal assembly.

In retrospect, he said the people should unite to strengthen the unity and to preserve the existing stability in order to ensure development continuity in Sabah.
