The district Welfare Department is seeking the public's help to trace the family of a baby girl, Lulu Ariana, who was found at the Hap Seng building, Jalan Tg Batu, here, on Feb 8. Lulu is currently placed at the Kota Kinabalu Children's Home under Section 19(2)(a) of the Child Act 2001.
